Fashion is more than what you wear – it’s how you express the depth of who you are. In this 1:1 coaching, we dive beyond trends and aesthetics. We explore your energy, emotions, and essence – and translate them into your unique style. This is a space for reconnection, transformation, and self-expression – where you learn to see yourself again, and to wear your truth unapologetically.

  • Pre-Session Reflection Form – a few soulful questions to help you reflect on your current style, your inner world, and what you desire to express.

  • 1:1 Coaching Session (90–120 Min) – a personalized session via Zoom (or in person if possible). We look at your wardrobe, colors, body shape, and how you want to feel in your clothes.

  • Energetic & Emotional Guidance – we explore your relationship to your body and expression, release blockages, and activate confidence and creativity.

  • Practical Styling Support – I’ll share color and cut suggestions, styling tips, and ethical/sustainable brands that align with your essence.

  • Personal Recap Email – a summary with your key insights, inspirations, and suggestions for your next steps (including links, moodboard ideas, or journaling prompts).
